·         For all packages where drinks are included:

o   Only for the duration of the package

o   At Klippenbosch management discretion

·         Bookings:

o   A payment of the full amount secures a booking

·         Cancellations:

o   Less than 7 days: forfeit 70% of the full amount

o   From 7-14 days forfeit 50% of the full amount

o   From 15-21 days forfeit 25% of the full amount
